Ingredients :
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup of dried oats
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup of Jasmino maple syrup
- 1 cup of chopped fresh cranberries
- ½ cup of Jasmino maple crunch
- 1 cup of milk
- ½ cup of melted butter
- 1 egg
- Jasmino Maple crunch or maple sugar for garnish
Steps :
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Prepare muffin tins. In a large bowl, sift flour and add baking powder, oats, cranberries, and maple crunch; mix well. Add maple syrup, milk, egg, and butter; mix well. Fill the muffin tins ¾ up for large muffins. Garnish as wanted and press down slightly on the muffin batter. Cook for around 20 minutes, until the toothpick test comes out clean. Let sit in the muffin cups for 5 minutes and then remove from the molds. Enjoy!
